ResumeRobert J. SlotkinMr. Slotkin is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Miami Law School, J.D. 1984. While in law school he served as an intern in the chambers of U.S. District Judge Eugene J. Spellman. Mr. Slotkin has practiced law in Ft. Lauderdale since 1985. He specializes in Wills & Trusts, probate and estate planning. He is also conversant in guardianship and employment law, including discrimination matters. He is active in the Toastmasters public speaking organization and has been invited to numerous speaking engagements on estate planning and discrimination. Mr. Slotkin has run his own law practice since 1996. Mr. Slotkin is a member of the Probate & Real Property Section of the Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Estate Planning Council. He is licenced to practice in all State of Florida courts and the federal District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He resides in Plantation with his wife, Audrey and two sons, Alexander and Zachary. he also conducts real estate closings, landlord tenant evictions and leasing. Legal Topics
